Ashley is a multi-national Dental Practice Transition Coach and the founder and CEO of Ashley’s Coaching. An expert in comprehensive aesthetic treatment skills and technique education for dental management success, Ashley is dedicated to helping doctors and teams understand the available tools necessary for effective case presentation and patient acceptance.

Passionately providing individualized coaching for dental firms worldwide, Ashley is driven to help dental practices transition to the highest level of performance.

Ashley has proven successful in teaching systematic procedures for dental administration, teaching dentists and their teams how to run their practice like a business – not like a hobby. He teaches advanced oral health education, which focuses on recognizing occlusal disorders and identification of dental signs and symptoms; the implementation of digital photography and study models in the diagnostic; treatment planning and presentation phases of patient care; and presenting valuable communication formulas for dental marketing and quality patient management.

His reputable dental career has earned him an invitation to participate as a speaker at
The International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics (IACA) every year since its inception in 2004.

Aside from being an accomplished dental coach, Ashley is also a featured instructor at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dental Studies. At LVI, Ashley works with dentists and team members to become experts in their field through intensive Core I, Core II, Core V and Core VII class lectures as well as K-7 training classes.

Prior to becoming a Featured Instructor at LVI, Ashley served as a faculty member at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg and served on the Board of Directors for a world renowned master clinician, Dr. Frank Spear. Working with and learning from top professional dentists, Ashley naturally became a valued author for some of the industry’s leading dental magazines.
