Ginny Hegarty is the owner and President of Dental Practice Development, Inc. and holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Ginny is also an independent consultant for Bent Ericksen and Associates, the leading employment law & human resource firm in dentistry.

Ms. Hegarty offers team development and strategic planning workshops in addition to policy & procedures manuals, hiring tools and assessments to help you identify and develop the ‘right’ team members for your practice.

Ginny has authored the Practically Speaking Column in Dental Products/Practice Report for the past six years. She lectures at Temple University Dental School in Philadelphia as part of the Practice Management Program, is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and is a featured speaker at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).
